Shalabh "Shalli" Kumar is the founder and chairman of the Republican Hindu Coalition. An entrepreneur and chairman of AVG Advanced Technologies, he built a career in American manufacturing before turning that same drive toward politics, serving as head of the Indian American Advisory Board during the 2016 presidential campaign. South Asian Times named him its Person of the Year in 2016. His conviction is straightforward. The values that carried his generation of immigrants to success are conservative values, and the community that lives them deserves real standing in American public life.

Krishna Bansal, Founding Member. One of the most civically active leaders in Illinois. He has served as Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the City of Naperville, as Midwest president of the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and as founding chairman of the City of Aurora's Indian Community Outreach Advisory Board. He also chairs the technology council and sits on the board of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce.
Brij Sharma, Founding Member.Founder and CEO of Power Volt, a manufacturer of electronic magnetics, transformers, and power supplies.
Dr. Sasala Challa, Founding Member. A leader with deep experience in civic organizing and public policy. She has served on the executive committee of the National Indian American Public Policy Institute, running political events and fundraising efforts, and she ran for the United States Congress in Virginia's 11th District in 2013 and 2014.
